MASTERCANOPY Outdoor Garden Gazebo for Patios with Stable Steel Frame and Netting Walls (9x9,Dark Gray)

I bought this in October, put it together in December, by myself as a 5'6 female and had NO PROBLEMS! The instructions were clear and concise, the parts fit perfect and I have essentially LIVED in this canopy tent since I put it up. It's been my saving grace for relaxation and just enjoying the outside. Until... last month I had a tornado rip through my backyard. It picked it up and threw it into my house. I was unable to assess the damage until tonight, March. I have no idea how to fix it. Pieces are bent and broke and I have cried so hard. I have no idea how to order replacement parts. The canopy top itself is perfectly intact. The metal bars and two of the legs however, have met their match. I am absolutely devastated because I have RAVED about this product, but I cannot afford to buy another one, as this was what I had worked MONTHS of overtime to be able to afford. I cannot find a way to get in contact with anyone to see if I can buy replacement parts of the frame, because again the canopy top remained PERFECT!! I cannot speak enough good about this canopy, but I am beyond devastated that I cannot fix this myself. It just doesn't make sense for it to be a total loss when the canopy itself is in PERFECT condition!

Well worth the money! The poles and connecting poles are heavy duty so wasn’t expecting that. The tarp heavy duty and the screen is as well. Took about 2 hours to put together and the fasteners are top quality. The instructions are so so, it the greatest but it’s super nice once it’s assembled!

I have been thru my share of canopy tents. Different tops, different legs, 10x10 10x12 all straight leg. This is THE BEST so far. The drain holes are what was missing from my last one. Even with the extra little too for air flow, water would still pool. Those little drain holes make this one PERFECTION! Plus makes a difference ordering from a brand name that won't disappear the next time I'm trying to order parts or even another topper. Pay the Xtra it's worth the $$ !!

mine has a brown top. the gazebo was easy to set up/install with 2 people. it didn;t take as long as the instructions say. i am handy though.the downside is that the top piece does not have velcro so the meshing will not stay in place and the squirrels did a number on the meshing. the way the main support bar for the meshing makes it difficult to use the hangers and open the meshing up. fortunately this only affects us on one side as the other three sides do not have access. just a design flaw to work around.otherwise, it does what it is supposed to do. mine is attached to a wood deck. so it won;t blow during a storm. i would never put up one of these gazebos or any other lightweight gazebo on soil for that reason.

It took 3 people to put it together. The “tools” that come with it don’t fit the nuts/bolts. We followed all of the directions, went to put the very last leg on and it wouldn’t screw in. The “female” part which the bottom of the leg screws in to was placed too high in the pole. So, we went to the hardware store to buy special screws to hold it in place. While we were gone, a small wind came through and this “sturdy steel frame” bent in 2 different places. I got absolutely no use out of it. I cried; after spending hours putting it together and getting a bad sunburn doing it, a light wind tore it up. Now, our cheap pop-up gazebos were not damaged at all, only this “sturdy” gazebo bent like a pretzel. I would absolutely return it, but it would take me hours to take it all apart to try to maybe fit it back in the box with the bent poles. I guess I’m out my money. What’s worse? Our party is tomorrow so I don’t have time to get a new one in. Do not buy this product!

So extremely happy!!! I had a vision and this completely did what I wanted. It was not hard to put together. The frame is SOLID. you'll definitely need a 2nd person to help out.

It was very simple to get set up. Each piece was marked and it went together very quickly!!

This gazebo worked well for a few months. We purchased it in July of 2023. In May of 2024 we noticed that the side was bent inwards. The entire side of the frame had snapped in multiple places. I was hoping it was simply a matter of a screw loosening and falling out somewhere but it is unfixable. Im really disappointed as now I have to pay to dispose of it. It is inexpensive and looks fairly nice initially but you’re paying for what you get. Also I should note that we live in California. We don’t experience snow or any challenging weather circumstances that could have attributed to the frame damage.
