Perfect for playing in grass
The palling that came with our set was very small & could not be seen in the grass. This one is the perfect size for grass. The other one needs to be used on sand.

I already had a 2.24" diameter bocce ball in its original OCHRE color. It was time to augment the set with an easier-to-see WHITE one. Variety is not a bad thing...

Heavy and yellowed to a cream color
Not what is described. What I got was a yellowed once upon a time white cue ball from a pool table. Heavy, I tossed it on my kitchen scale and it's 211 grams - nearly a half pound. Return went easy enough so that got it to 2 stars
