My wife required a biotin supplement to help her with hair thinning and loss and this product provides a very simple and easy way to take it. One dropper of the liquid once a day is easy and pleasant to take. It's professionally packaged and presented and really simple to use with the integral glass dropper with a rubber squeezy bulb. Tastes amazing, but be sure to drink a lot of water, otherwise you’ll see an increase in one or two spots. This is much better than tablet biotin though, which make me break out really badly. I’ve seen an improvement in my nails, waiting for hair to also improve

I've only been using the drops for a week, so can't yet comment on it's efficacy, cannot award more stars yet. However, I can say delivery was prompt. The liquid is easy to take and tastes nice - sweet and fruity. I'm taking to help with nail strength and growth and hair loss after being on some potent medication. I will review again when I get to the 4 week mark

This is a great product if you’re suffering from hair loss and want to grow your hair back. It does take some time before you notice a difference so you have to be consistent with the product. Would definitely buy again.
