Absolutely junk bought 3 different bluetooth products that was manufactured by DSD TECH and all 3 was junk one would work if powered by 5v but not 12v the other 2 would connect to bluetooth but would not cycle the relays Absolutely junk do not buy this trash

If you're a neophyte to electrical work and switches/relays, as I was, this will be perplexing. Basically, it's just a switch that connects incoming power (from secondary sources) to whatever you're trying to control. The instructions are confusing as to how the unit is powered (because you can use 5V OR 12V). I also assumed (incorrectly), that the 12V power coming in to power the unit also flowed through the switches (WRONG!). So I set it up on a bench and played around with it until I got it working. Instructions are pretty lousy and support is non-existent; waited a couple days for essentially a non-response. But, when you DO get it working, it's pretty amazing and works great. App is very bare-bones and there's no instructions for it either. I gave it 5 stars for the equipment; it would be a solid 2 or 3 if you factor in figuring it out. If you are experienced with electricity and relays/switches, this will be a walk in the park.

Everything I've read about the company that makes this product seem good. Unfortunately when I received my item from them it was a dud. The return process was petty fast and received my refund in a few days. Normally I would have just requested a new one but ended up making my own with an arduino I had lying around.

I burnt in the 3 of them for 3 days to establish electrical stability. I changed password, found not secure?After 2 reboots before returning them, they are now secure and work great. If not secure you will not be able to get drop down menu on the app to see the other 3 switches and not see or change switch 1 state. Make sure after setting password to log on the next time setting "password" and save, otherwise it shows wrong in red letters.

It is a good product but the lack of good software makes it impossible to use. The application is very poor. Don't buy it unless you willing to development your own application.

It works. That’s about all I can say. But don’t expect much - especially with the IOS app. Where’s the timer function? Where’s the security?How about user defined labels? How about a timed contact closure or inching control, user defined in 100 msec increments from 100 to 5000?Sad.
