OMG this is so worth it! I gave my golden retriever a bath yesterday and used it for the first time. Usually I use a few beach towels to dry him off and it takes forever. This super shammy was seriously awesome. It cut the amount of time I had to take to dry him off by like 80%. It soaked up a LOT more water than just the regular towels. Highly recommend, was a worthwhile buy.

Works great! After the dog park, his rinse and dry sessions are a breeze with this item. This is my favorite after trying others during the puppy years. The quality is good. The pocket holder on each ends make drying eadier.

Works great and absorbs lots of water. The hand pockets makes the job quicker and easier. I have a big dog so it would be nice if it came in a larger size.

The towel does a decent job of drying my German Shepherd Dog, but I still need a second towel to get her drier with her thick undercoat. Hanging the towel outside to dry takes longer than I hoped, and that's after wringing the water out of the towel. When camping I don't have access to a machine dryer. Hand pockets are plenty deep to get a good grip on the towel during drying and it fits around my dog's 68 lb body nicely.

I live in FL and the summers can be extremely wet and soggy with lots of rain and puddles in the yard. I use this shammy to quickly and easily dry off my puppy who gets soaked bc she is so close to the ground every time we go out (which is many, many times a day....ugh! Potty training). I also use it after baths for both of my dogs and in a pinch I used it to clean up a potty accident and it actually worked great getting puppy urine out of my carpet bc it is so absorbent. Throw it in the machine and it cleans up great. This was a great find and I use it several times a week.

I had the standard pet microfiber towels and thought they were good… until I gave this towel a try and we have level upped. With microfiber towels and hair dryer, my dog’s post-bath drying time took about 15 minutes. She’s a rescue dog that came with health issues so I have to make sure she’s bone dry after baths. This is a size small towel for my 8.5 lb chihuahua and I now spend 5-10 minutes max drying her. They absorb every bit of water before I even turn the hair dryer on and it has reduced my drying time to half the time (or less). We are both thrilled, as my pup is not happy about baths, towels and hair dryers. I didn’t think I needed another pet towel, but I’m a believer now and highly recommend. PS: As other reviewers have mentioned, the hand pockets are a huge plus. Not sure why something so small makes such a big difference, but I’m not complaining!

Works great as intended, puppy thinks it's a fun game when she needs to be dried off. I like it a lot better than a towel as it seems to dry faster thus making it so you can use it longer in a session. Hubby doesn't care for it as he finds it bulky to try to use and rather use the good ol fashion towel. Haven't tried using this after a bath but works well for all day wet management when it was raining most the day. Deducted a star for price, ended up finding a similar product at local farm store that is selling these for half the price ($10) of these ones. If I hadn't already opened this and threw out the packaging I would have returned and went with that one, oh well, now I know. *Edit 5/29/21* due to the price difference of these and the other brand I found at Family Farm and Home we went and bought 3 of the other towels so we had extra to when we needed to launder one. Honestly the other brand is higher quality as some of the seams on this towel is coming apart, we rarely use this one too and much prefer the other due to the way the handles are sewn. These are triangular versus the other towel has an actual pocket sewn on which just feels better. Taking the review from 4 to 3 stars because of these factors (durability and design).

This is awesome...we have a long haired retriever...always in the water, out in the rain ( south coast of BC lol) this shammy soaks it all up. a great investment..I got the big one and its huge... Also got the mat to go with this and it even sucks up the sand etc off her feet...she now knows to lay on the mat as soon as coming inside , much less mess now After a bath this shammy gets the job done perfectly soals it all up after her initial shake This is a sound investment and I wish I had discovered it years ago The quality is amazing..this thing is THICK and sturdy and you can see the stitching is thoroughly done, looks triple stitched. I have no doubt this will last for a few years

Aus dem Regen in die Wohnung mit einem nassen Hund ist nicht gerade die Erfüllung. Das Soggy Doggy ist da eine große Hilfe. Für unseren 22 Kilo Hund mit kurzem Fell ist es ausreichend groß und nimmt viel Nässe auf. Im Normalfall reicht ein schnelles abrubbeln und der Hund ist nur noch leicht feucht. Das trocknen des Handtuches dauert dafür ein wenig länger. Wie bei allen Hundehandtüchern empfiehlt es sich nach kurzer Zeit zu waschen da es sonst doch das Müffeln anfängt. Die beiden Taschen für die Hände sind Gold wert. So kann man den Hund vor allem an der Brust und den Pfoten gut abtrocknen. Unserem gefällt die Behandlung immer sehr gut und er fühlt sich beim Trockenrubbeln wohl.

Excellent towel. it is not as rough on the dog but still removes water better than a normal towel. The hand pockets mean you can dry and control your dog at the same time. (Based on a Westie). Havnt given it a good wash yet so can not comment on continued absorbency but it is simular to a hand mit I have for the car and that is still going strong after several washes.

Très surprenant ce produit. Il absorbe énormément lorsque vous essuyez votre chien, c'est presque magique. J'avais de gros doutes sur l'efficacité de ce produit, mais nous l'utilisons après la baignade de notre chien, c'est vraiment efficace et il y a une différence avec une serviette ordinaire. Le chien devient sec plus rapidement.

I love it! My dog loves it!! He proudly carries it around, offering it to visitors. All I have to do is say "your paws are wet" and he rushes off to fetch his towel! I am now trying to teach him to wipe his paws himself and he is doing a reasonable job of the front, the back are more of a problem. He stands patiently while I rub his back or tummy dry. The "oven glove" design works really well as you get a good grip of the towel while drying. Suddenly, my very hairy and water loving retriever is happy to be dried. I might get the rug to put in the car for him to sit on when driving home from an outing.
