Was looking for vitamins that included iron so decided on this brand. The packaging looks nice and cheerful 😁 The tablets are easy to swallow. You take one a day with a meal. I didn’t experience any issues taking these tablets. It’s gentle on the stomach. The packet is resealable and contains 120 tablets so definitely value for money and i highly recommend 😁👍

Easy to swallow
Bought these for my 86 yr old mother...she's still alive, so they must be doing their job. She likes that they are a small tablet and easy to swallow.

I use these daily. I’ve been on them for nearly 1 year and they are working for me.

Taste like dust
Whilst these contain the vitamins you want they taste like pap. I managed to last three days but each day I felt like I was going to be sick after each one. The smell is very strong when you open the bag. However the taste once you swallow is powerdery and disgusting. I cannot comment on the energy level or sleep as I couldn't stomach the tablets longer enough to see a difference

Really effective — I feel more energised and less tired
These multivitamins have worked surprisingly well for me. After taking them regularly, I started feeling better, less sleepy, and generally more refreshed throughout the day. The blend of vitamins and iron seems to give a noticeable boost to energy and overall wellbeing. For me, the effectiveness has been great, and I definitely feel the difference compared to before. Highly recommended.

Really good, improvement on how I felt. Difficult to swallow
They do what they say on this tin. I felt better when taking these and my latest bloods showed an improvement. One negative is for me they are difficult to swallow in comparison to other brands. I have to take a huge gulp of liquid or they don't go welldown and the taste when that happens is not pleasant. Only for that reason I wouldn't repurchase which is a shame as they really did work.
