I should start by saying I'm not menopausal. I'm 33 years old. I started taking this supplement after noticing signs of a hormone imbalance and researching herbs that support hormone production. I was experiencing excessive hair loss, anxiety, heightened sense of smell, sleep issues, etc. After starting the product, I had about a week of weird dreams, and was a bit hot tempered. However, it did not take long to adjust and I found myself in a much better mood. My hair shedding has drastically reduced, been sleeping better, but even more importantly, my anxiety has reduced. This is my experience, and might not be the same for others. I encourage you to research the herbs in this blend and their effects to see if this is the right product for you. It's been 60 days and I'm ready for a new bottle. I will update if I find reason to cease taking the supplement.

I have been using Women's Balance for 2 weeks and I feel great. This is as close to "normal" as I have felt in almost 3 years of dealing with peri-menopause symptoms. This is the 3rd product I have tried and so far the best. I sleep well, have had none of the anxiety that likes to show up with no apparent reason, and haven't been noticing any hot flashes.

Great product. Wish the Maca content was higher, but I like the combination of other ingredients. I don't struggle too much with night sweats at this stage of perimenopause, but mood swings have been severe - and this helps. Right now, anything that gives some relief to that is a big winner in my book!

I love this combination. It is exactly what I need for menstrual pains/emotions and perimenopause. I was using another combination with the same ingredients for a bigger price point. The Dong Quai, Black Cohosh, and the Chaste Berry combined with the Black Pepper which is essential for absorption. I really appreciate it.

I am willing to try another bottle or 2 to see if what I am feeling is from this . Cannot say I am all calm and Zen like balanced , but I am not all unbalanced either .I do have more energy which is good , but I also take other supps What I was looking for was more of a balance calm Zen feeling that we women get when our hormones are balanced along with libido connection menopause hello feeling . And cannot say I am feeling this yet , but again willing to try another bottle to see if it improves . Here's to hoping and hello Zen , hello Libido :)

I am almost 2 months in with my second bottle and I’m seeing immediate results. I’ve tried numerous OTC menopause pills, etc. and this is the only one that’s worked so far. My hot flashes have gone from 30 to 40 a day down to under 5 and they mainly happen in the evening. hope this product works for you too!

This herbal remedy has really helped balance my hormones as indicated in its purpose. I have felt the difference and know when I have missed taking it. It not only helps with acne but it helps with mood swings! I just feel calm when I am taking this!

I did not feel the results as immediate as I thought I would but the longer I take them the more I can tell the difference. Make sure you take them consistently and you won't be sorry you tired them. I will come back and update in a few months to let you know if I continue to see results.
