Great price oem part

My wife's 06 Volvo XC90 was sputtering on idle pretty bad, especially when the weather got cooler. While in the mountains at higher altitude, we actually had it go dead on us a few times while on a trip. Check engine light was saying that it was a Mass Air Flow Sensor This same part was $100 more at local Autozone, therefore I was skeptical. I decided to order straight from Amazon as their price was lower and I felt it would be easier to deal with returns if it didn't work out compared to third-party sellers. The device that came in was EXACTLY what I was removing from my wife's 06 Volvo XC90. Some helpful Youtube videos and I had this thing installed within 5 or 10 minutes. Now we have no sputtering, the car seems to accelerate more smoothly, and overall just better performance. Thankfully I found this instead of paying a few hundred dollars more at an auto shop

My Volvo was parked up for almost a month awaiting this replacement part. Installation was almost as simple as 'plug and play'. This Bosch Sensor made an incredible difference with the engine's overall performance beginning with the initial startup. Even the hum of the engine sounds different! If you have to replace this Sensor I highly recommend you replace it with a genuine Bosch product. Fuel consumption, mileage, engine performance, power and speed have improved, incredibly. Amazon had some issues sourcing this genuine part for me but I am happy I waited on this delivery. Very pleased with this genuine Bosch MAF Sensor!! Shane

Bosch has superseded the original part ending in 088. They now send a part that does not work and that part ends in 335. I believe the 088 will never come back and the 335 does not work in the 2.5 turbo xc90. My car is going to go to the scrap yard now because Bosch discontinued the 088 part. I have contacted Bosch and they do not care. I have ordered multiple 088 Bosch from EBay and they are all junk used. There are no more new 088 Bosch mass air flow sensor so therefore all of the P2 Volvos that have the turbo will be in junkyard heaven. Bye volvo. Never again will I own a car that the part gets discontinued and then I have to scrap the car

Fixed my rough idle issues on an 06 xc90. The unit in the car was a no name aftermarket unit. From my research a Bosch MAF sensor is highly recommend. Found it cheaper here than anywhere else and they actually delivered it quicker than Amazon would have if it was eligible for Prime shipping (usually takes Amazon 5-9 days to delivery to me using Prime shipping...). So great shipping, better price than I can find elsewhere, Bosch part, and it works. I'm happy as I can be in buying an expensive sensor for an old car...

I bought this for my 2004 Volvo XC90. It was cheaper than buying the exact same part from the local parts store. Worked perfect and fixed my check engine light.

This part was the cause of the P0101 error code on my 2007 Volvo XC70. Rather, the code was triggered by the failure of the old version which was in my car when I bought it. The old one was in for at least 3 years. It's a very easy to swap with minimal clearance issues in my engine compartment. I put this in in under ten minutes last week. I no longer have RPM surges which occurred when my old MAF began making life hard for my Electronic Throttle Module. My low oxygen at idle engine code has not occurred since I swapped in the new one. I haven't had any issues with my new BOSCH MAF since 2023-09-24. I'll update this review if there are any issues.

El caudalímetro es el mismo que el original,viene en su correspondiente caja de Bosch,la T en la que viene montado no hace falta ponerla,quitas los dos tornillos torx de seguridad y tardas 1 minuto en cambiarlo,a mi no me a solucionado el problema,tengo pequeños tirones a bajas vueltas y el ordenador no me daba fallos,arriesge creyendo que el caudalímetro estaba dando señales erróneas a la ecu(en este precio se puede arriesgar,en la casa no) y no a sido asi.seguire investigando

Volvo confirmed that the unit was faulty and so I had to pay them an arm and a leg to fit a fully working sensor which cured my problem. Amazon were excellent in handling the collection and refund.

This product was faulty and didn't work . I contacted them to return and explain issues and no response. The return date is now past by a week and still have not heard back from them 😠 not impressed ! What am I to do with a 170.00 part that doesn't work .
