Sunny Health & Fitness Power Zone Strength Flat Bench - SF-BH6996

Bought this during a sale on Black Friday, I was skeptical about the quality of this for the cost but it’s so good, the genius who thought of adding storage below deserves a raise. It’s so nice to be able to store push-up blocks, dumbells and whatever other equipment directly beneath the bench. It saves so much space and makes the whole thing worth it. My only wish is that it had an incline option but I see myself hanging onto this until it breaks even if I do eventually swap it for an incline bench. It’s well made, comfortable and sturdy. I’d buy Sunny Health & Fitness stuff again.

The bench is a great addition to our home gym as its a strong, sturdy piece of equipment which is versatile for many exercises and provides built in storage! Great item at a great price!

The bench is very sturdy. Will hold a good body weight. It rolls too so you can easily move it. I mainly bought this bench over others because of its underbench storage for weights. However, this was the only disappointing part. The rack underneath was too wide such that the rubber/neoprene 10, 12, 15 lb weights we have don't fit very well. Bummer. We will just be letting them sit there as best they can, but hopefully it doesn't damage the weights.

The bench was pretty easy to put together. It is substantial, more so than I expected given the pictures, a solid piece of gear. The only minor negative thing is the pictures show you can store dumbbells on the lower horizontal bracket. That is really not practical for a couple of reasons, but that was not a feature I cared about.

Works well. Supports me well while lifting weights. I am 6' tall and 230lbs and this bench does not lean nor wobble during exercise. Been using it for nearly 1 yr. If you're looking for a mid-priced flat bench, this one will do the job well.

This is perfect bench to hold free weights

This is a heavy, very solid and stable bench. Probably weighs around 40#. Nice to have wheels on one end making it very easy to move around. Just the right height for the Bench Press. It can handle more weight than 99.9% of the users will ever handle. Arrived in a very solid , secure box with simple instructions. 15 minutes to set up.

around this price, I bought 3 benches, only this one is good. stable, strong and I can trust.

Buen producto. El banco es muy cómodo y estable.

El banco es lo anunciado, su ensamblaje es sencillo, tardarás 10 o 20 minutos en armarlo cuando mucho y sin prisa alguna, son pocas piezas y las instrucciones son muy sencillas. El mismo tiene un buen soporte y resistencia y me parece un producto que cumple su función sin ningún inconveniente. Una calidad buena y no defrauda.
