OXO Good Grips Measuring Spoons with Magnetic Snaps, Stainless Steel

These are lovely measuring cups which besides being very convenient to use with their clear markings and magnetic handles which hold them together, look beautiful on the counter. I have always loved oxo good grips for the excellent make of their products. This set of spoons is no different. The quality of steel is excellent.The set of four cups have measures printed clearly on them like 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/3. There is no other measuring unit given like millilitres etc. But that is not an issue as one cup is 250 ml which is the standard American measuring unit for a cup. I cross checked this by comparing it with the plastic measuring cup I have which has measurements in millilitres on it. These cups are very useful for baking and cooking.

Great stuff. I haven't dropped any but I get the feeling they won't warp or bend so easily if I do.

Overall these are, a great set of spoons and cups. They're made with stainless steel instead of aluminum, so they have a weight and solid feel to them. They don't feel flimsy, like you may bend them. They fit together, locking in place with the magnets, so they're easy to keep organized and find. Or you can scatter them in the drawer. I've machine washed mine several times without staining or etching. The look good. The cups pour about as well as any cup does with wet ingredients, but both the cups and the spoons can stick with dry ingredients. So, tapping the spoon or cup on the side of the pot, pan, or bowl is sometimes necessary. Overall, these are a set of spoons and cups that will last a long time if the rubberized handles hold up making them well worth the purchase.
