I’ve ordered 12 of these over the past year. About half the time, they arrive with at least one broken caster, but it’s hard to tell that it’s damaged until you load it up. The damage is usually in the form of a bent wheel that starts losing bearings or binds against the frame. Returns aren’t a problem, but I’d love to just get a new wheel shipped to me instead of sending the whole thing back.When they’re right, these are great racks. Super sturdy, and easier to set up and tear down than a lot of the round tubes models.

It was incredibly easy to put together. The vertical legs are hinged on the base so once you fold those up you just have to put the top bar on and it's set to go. It is very stable and the wheels roll great.
