GREAT BUY!!!!
I bought this laptop for college and wow! It’s such a great little laptop especially for the price that it was!!! I even play Sims on it too! No problems whatsoever. Not slow. Not glitchy. Sooooo happy with my purchase!!!!!

Do not BUY
Not worth the hassle. Bought one and it wouldn’t hold a charge and ran a diagnostic and needed a battery replacement. Customer support send me another one and once it arrived it had the same issue. Definitely returning. Do not BUY!!!

Bought for a novice user
my moms friend wants a new computer and she asked me to help with that. So I searched online for a laptop under $500 if possible that was fast and was a name brand that I've owned before. I wasn't sure about AMD Athlon silver processor but did research and found out its not the best but not the worst. I bought a laptop 5 yrs ago with a AMD Athlon and it was very slow, but that was 5 yrs ago so I took a chance and so far it seems fast enough to surf web and do basic computing. I did want a 15" screen but for the price and specs most of my options where only 13" but its fine. there was a off brand for $100 less but I didnt want to go with an off brand that I never heard of. This laptop I was able to switch to Win 10 home edition from s edition that came with it, it was fast and easy. s edition blocks 3rd party software from being installed so if its not in the Microsoft store it won't install with S mode.

Not Cometely Satisfied
This was purchased as a Christmas gift. My mother had some problems with it and unable to fix it. Whatever the issue is she just has to shut the computer down and restart it and didn't feel like going through the hassle of returning it.
