I read about the benefits of magnesium related to sleep, brain health, total body health, etc. and elected to try this item out. As a rule, I stay away from general supplements that are not recommended by my physicians, so after discussing magnesium with my doc, I gave them a try. The first night I slept like I needed, waking up at the normal time, feeling great. As for the brain health aspect, at 73 years old, I really do feel I have increased and improved memory recall, but overall, I feel I am doing a good thing which complies with my general workout regime and healthy eating protocall. I may increase the mg concentration, but for now, I'm good to go and Nature Made has always been a well made product, so I definitely will continue to purchase this item.

Good Value Magnesium, but Large Tablets I’ve been taking this Nature Made Magnesium Oxide for a few weeks now, and overall it does what it’s supposed to. The bottle comes with 200 tablets, which is a solid 200-day supply if you take one daily—great value compared to many other magnesium supplements. Each pill is 250 mg, which is a decent dose for daily support of muscle, bone, and nerve health. I noticed a bit more regularity in my sleep and muscle relaxation since adding it in, which is one of the reasons I like having magnesium on board. That said, the tablets are on the large side and not coated, so they can be a little tough to swallow. I found taking them with a full glass of water helps. If you have trouble with bigger pills, this is something to keep in mind. Bottom line: A reliable and affordable magnesium supplement that covers the basics well, but be prepared for large, chalky tablets.

I have not noticed any difference from a much more expensive brand that I use to use I will continue to use this brand when I need more

Paired with some beetroot supliment this helped bring my blood pressure to a normal level. I get really mellow and calm off of one of these. Relaxation is noticeable!
