in general biotin is a great supplement, for nails hair and skin, it does take time for a vitamin to be effective, will not work in next day or next week, but also depends on your body, I prefer to the 12.000 mcg but this one is particular have a faster release, this gives my hair a bit more alive looking side, you have to be consistent if you are taking it, I stopped taking it for a few months and my hair thinned a bit

Seeing results with hair growth to the front of head, not much for the top, only time will tell, nails growing not breaking like they use to very strong
