Having an instant pot is good, but, sousvide art lid makes it even better. No need to buy a separate air fryer. Works very well. Easy clean and store away for next cooking.

This is exactly what I was hoping it would be. I live in a city apartment with a small kitchen so I don’t get to have separate appliances sitting around in a counter. I got this to add to my 6 Qt Instant Pot and it totally works! Just as I’d hoped. I nailed it the first time air frying asparagus. Then I tried Brussels sprouts - nailed it! Then bean and v cheese taquitos and today I breaded broccoli and air fried a blooming onion. It’s really easy. 6Q is the perfect size for one or two and this kid fits 6 or 8Q. Tips: pack less onto the basket for the most air flow. If you pack more or double layer, the food won’t be evenly cooked and it’s not as good. Also, I preemptively got a double layer basket and it works fine, but the top basket is the one to get all the heat - the bottom basket is kinda just warming up the food. Def turn the food half way through. It’s a little convection oven that doesn’t heat up your kitchen - very smart for the entire summer!

Pros: - Easy to set up and use - Cooks effectively - Noise level from the fan/heating element is reasonable - Construction seems solid - The included pad and tongs are high quality Cons: - The loudest beeper I have ever heard on a cooking device. Virtually as loud as my smoke alarm. - Worse, it beeps every time you adjust any setting. For example, the default timer is 30m. If you set it to 10m, it'll beep 20 times (and maybe once or twice more, depending on whether the timer is displayed at the time or not). Overall: - Rather good performance. Would be perfect with better UX on the beeps. Variable volume would be welcome; e.g. the beeps for settings adjustments shouldn't be as loud as the "it's done" beeps. Ideally they'd be silent.

I can't say much about the cooking functions because the hinges of the handle are defective. The handle will not keep the power switch/button depressed while it is down therefore the air fryer won't turn on and when it does it doesn't stay on. Every time I try to use it it keeps shutting off completely. I would have to hold the handle down while cooking in order to cook anything. I haven't found a way to contact the seller so this is probably getting returned.

I was skeptical about this lid, but it is everything I hoped it would be. It has made my Instant Pot more useful, the air fried foods turn out great, and the price was good.

I looked at an Instant Pot brand air fryer lid (they're no longer manufactured but available on eBay and other third-party sellers) and I decided on the Sousvide air fryer lid because of the clear lid that allows you to see the food while it's cooking. I think that is the best feature! Also, even though it says the lid is for an Instant Pot, in theory, you can use the Sousvide lid on ANY pot with a specific diameter range (between 8 11/16 and 10 inches) but the pot will get HOT. I've cooked salmon patties that crisp up beautifully, as well as tofu and homemade sweet potato fries. This lid has been a great addition to my kitchen without the clutter of an additional large appliance.

I got this to replace my Mealthy Crisplid that died. I seems to be the same machine except for the options. I just made chicken wings with it and they came out just as good as the Crisplid. The only thing I don't like about it is the annoying LOUD beeping. If anyone has found a way to turn it off, please post it. I deducted 1 star for that.

Works Awesome!!!! I love that I can use it on my 6qt instant pot. It's also 1000 watts so I can use it on my ecoflow camping. As long as I keep it on temperature 350 not 400. But when I'm on electric I can turn up the temperature. Love this Air fryer lid!!!!

Que la grasa no salpique por todas partes y poder dejar de usar aceite,solo se necesita muy poco en spray.

By far my favorite purchase! Use almost every day, was able to get rid of my old air fryer and clear up some counter space!
