They are well made and realistic but on the larger side. They are bigger than the animals that came with the barn but I like these better. Christmas gift!

Realistic but hollow with holes
Overall I like these animals. They look nice and realistic, but they are hollow inside and the legs, tails, and ears are very flimsy. The plastic is soft so I do not let my 1yo have unsupervised access to these toys out of concern she might be able to bite something off. I also do not let her have the chicken, rooster, or duck because they are so small. If you intend to use these animals for sensory play, you might want to look elsewhere. As stated before, these animals are hollow and have holes in them.

Good size, toddler friendly, hours of imaginative play
I bought these plastic farm animals for my 3 and 4-year-old, and they are fantastic! The size is perfect for little hands, and the animals are well painted and very lifelike. They're easy to clean and have no small parts that could be bitten off, making them safe for young children. There's no noticeable odor either. My kids love using them in various play settings—inside the farm, at the dollhouse, in the sandbox, in the bath, and even at the water table. They're great for sparking imaginative play!
