These are amazing! The hot flashes and night sweats of menopause were getting on my last nerve! I did a bit of research and tried a different product - one of those menopause cure-alls… it helped a little. After more time and reading I stumbled across Soy. I quickly ordered this product due to its lower price. I started with one and day and it helped a little, but I wanted to ease into them to avoid some of the soy side effects. After a couple of weeks I increased to 3 a day… morning, lunch, and before bed. After a couple of 3 a day I am happy to report almost no hot flashes (maybe 1 or 2 a week), and almost no night sweats! AMAZING!! Highly, highly recommended! I know every person and body reacts differently, but this product is definitely worth a try, you might get amazing results like I did!

I can't do HRT because it causes me migraines. I've been on this for 2-3 months and my night sweats are pretty much gone! Highly recommend if you're not on HRT.

I started with menopause 10 years ago. It was never too bad so my gynecologist suggested I take soy for natural estrogen replacement. This brand works great. It eliminates my occasional flushes and I feel less moody. When I stopped taking it - thinking my body had adjusted to lack of estrogen by now I noticed a huge difference. Flushes came back and the mood swings were noticeable.
