Ok, so I've been taking these for over a month and I noticed a handful positive effects after about a week or two. #1.) I normally wake up groggy in the morning. When I'm taking the Youngevity products, I wake up in the morning without that "fog," ready to go. I don't quite believe it myself, but it's pretty nice not to have that morning lag. #2.) I don't get food or junkfood cravings when I'm taking this. But, my body will actually crave the shakes. #3.) I actually noticed an improvement in my memory. Now, i'm not your average person, I've struggled with memory issues for a long time.This didn't cure me, but I can tell it's definitely helping. #4.) I feel a steady amount of energy throughout the day. Which is interesting, as I didn't change my eating habits until after taking it for a month. Eating habits being equal, I notice when I don't drink the supplements, I'm more prone to that morning grogginess and energy is inconsistent. Now, just so I'm clear, I've taken multivitamins on and off for years. I've never noticed any improvements with any vitamin or supplement i've taken. My wife mentioned these products and she had me sold on trying them. Now, I didn't expect anything, and I'm always a skeptic. But if you're on the fence about trying these products, I encourage you to give it a shot. I've opted to not follow the instruction and start slow. I started it a few weeks ago... and I can't leave the bathroom... lowered dose with same result. Stopped it for 3 day and I'm fine. Started again 2 hours ago... back in the bathroom. Stuff is very hard to mix... taste is not great but I do feel better on my hikes... full of energy... and my workouts at the gym are unreal... no cramps, no sore muscles the next day and I'm increasing my weights a lot with each visit. I'm losing weight too... been stuck at 220 pounds for a year... lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks!I think the doc is onto something here! Check photo... I'm 58!

Wish I could have gotten a full refund but did not know how to do so. Super expensive product and zero results to reflect the reasons why this product would be so expensive. Do not recommend whatsoever but I guess to each his own right? I don’t know how to get a refund so if anyone is familiar with that, could someone please let me know. I just don’t wanna have to go through loops to get my money back and that’s what I’m afraid of. I just don’t have time to be doing that, but I figured I would leave a review to let others know That, for us, it did absolutely nothing. And the taste was nasty!

I have much more energy taking this. I combine both powders, which make it taste better and make it very cold. Otherwise, it’s tart.
