材料をそろえる手間なく、本品だけでスムージーが簡単に味わえます。少々溶けにくいのが難点。シェイカーで必死に振ってます。(笑) 使う量が少ないのか、シャバシャバした仕上がりでとろみはありませんが、飲みやすいので良しとしてます。これのおかげなのか、翌日のお肌がつるつるに。＾＾ 続けていこうと思います。

◯ プロテインなので、お湯で割らず(プロテインは熱さで破壊されるため)牛乳でシェイクして飲んでいます。水でも良いですが、ココナッツシュガーで甘味を出しているため、個人的に甘さが足りないため牛乳でカバーしています。 ◯ 溶けにくいのでシェイカーで飲むのをおすすめします。(プロテインは基本溶けにくいです) ◯ 飲んだあと、便通がすごくよくなりました！さすがスーパーフード。 つまりは、とても満足です！

お品は飲みやすく良かったのですが、ジップの部分が合わず。結局袋を止め、二重に袋にいれました。
