But I developed a very bad blister on one spot. I saw a podiatrist and found out that due to my right hip I didn't walk with my right foot planting exactly straight and this slight off angle created friction with one of the sandal straps. So I found this product on desertcart.com and have used it ever since. I cut enough strips to pile them up in layers so that the valley in my big toe on my right foot is filled and the strap no longer rubs into the extended area of my big toe. Very easy to cut and place and it can stay on despite showers, etc for a week before I need to redo it. And comes off if you want to remove it. Now at most I get a little bit of a callous which is easily taken care of in the shower using a dried skin removal device and then applying some moisturizer. So definitely recommend highly! Review: The adhesive knit is very thin and durable, protecting my ankle bones from rubbing against the inside of my orthopaedic boots. Very easy to cut, which is good as I use a little strip on my big toe as well. Only thing I would say is a problem for anyone with fine motor control issues is peeling the knit from the paper backing can be a challenge. It would be nice if they left a bit of a border so it's easier to peel away.

I needed bandages to protect my skin from getting blisters on my feet, and these bandages did just the trick!!! I purchased to wear while walking around Disney World. I am amazed at how long these lasted!! I walked more than 20,000 steps, swam in the pool and the bandage was holding on tight. The fabric did start to show signs of wear mid-day but I didn’t care, it prevented my skin from getting irritated from all the walking… now removing the bandage was not pleasant, after wearing from sun up to sun down it was still a struggle to remove.
