Good product ,using from days, I see no taste , vitamin content is exactly what they mentioned, quantity is 60 cap , so far no side effects, i feel quite better with pains after using this .

It works because after having this my thirst level increases very much but this is not a good sign as it means excessive vitamin d in body which causes increased level of calcium and hence increses level of thirst, excess vitamin d can cause kidney problems. Hence if you are also experiencing increased thirst please don't take it, it means that your body has already proper amount of vitamin d and taking supplement it overdosing it which can cause trouble. You can search in google if you don't believe.

I see many negative comments. But the only negative I find is the gelatin capsules tend to be sticky after it is opened for a long time(but it happens after the bottle is nearly empty if you consume daily). The capsule has 2000 iu which is good dose considering similar brands. It also seem to be very effective. After taking this for one week I felt so much happier and took me out of my depressive episode. Vitamin D is very much important for mental health as it a precursor to dopamine and other important nuerotransmitters.

The size of capsule is reduced by half now . See the photo for comparison. The large capsule is from my previous order/stock and the smaller one is from the latest order/stock. That means we are getting half the dose daily.

A good made in India product. The pills areeasy to swallo as they are smooth and have a very mild but pleasant taste in its outer shell. No issues in swallowing them as some have pointed out. I will get my vitamin tested again after finishing this in 2-3 months and will update this review. My pack did not have it's manufacturing date written butbit says 18 months from manufacturing as its expiry date. Butby look and feel the bottle looks to be newly manufacturered and should be fine. To the product owner : please print manufacturing date on your products, I have checked top-bottom and everywhere but can't find it written anywhere.

1. It has come as clumpy mass. 2. Too big to swallow. Drink good amount of water else it can get stuck in throat. 3. It is non veg. We have many veg options in market. I have used inlife product for last 3 years but due to shortage of its supply chose this based on the review. This is my initial review. On its effect it lack, I will get to know in a week's time. Will update here. Update :: This is a bad product. Absolutely unreliable and not recommended. I have started feeling uneainess after having it for a week now. The positive reviews you see here are based on the rs. 50 the company pays for those reviews. Potential buyers.. please beware. You can go thru all my other reviews and you will find that I am not a person who would review for money. So take this advise and steer clear.
