This is definitely one of my favorite to add to my juices or just my water. I believe I am on the third package right now. I keep re-ordering it. I had bought others that were much more expensive and this one is just as good and I like the idea that it comes in the bag with a scooper.

I CAN drink beets
I wanted to try health benefits of Beets but they r the one food on earth I can not eat, its like I have a mouthful of dirt on my tounge - Apparently some folks love or have a strong disgust. So after reading some reviews I bought this one, I admit on its own it’s still not the greatest experience but wow if you just add some juice(I do tart dark Cherry) it works wonderful, also in smoothies

Easy to get red beets into my body by mixing in blender drink or a glass of water as long as I stir it really well. It saves me from peeling beets and getting red juice all over me nd the sink.md the counter.

bloody red... might have to play with this for Halloween
I think I just found my new best friend. I loved when I open the bag and it smelled like beats that was wonderful. Then I put a little bit of the beats on top of a green protein smoothie that I was making and the smoothie turned a dark red and so beautiful and tasted wonderful. Tomorrow I’m going to add this to my yogurt and I believe it is going to taste wonderful in the yogurt And I can’t wait to give that a try. Does anybody else know other great ways to get more of these powders into your body other ways besides just mixing them up and tilting your head back and drinking it down. I am looking for fun ideas about how to Add more foods into my diet love to hear your ideas thanks

Works for me?
I take a teaspoon a day with lots of other supplements. My blood pressure is okay. Draw your own conclusions.
