Strength Cure Blonde Purple Shampoo - For Blonde & Lightened Color-Treated Hair, Tones & Fortifies Brassy Hair, Sulfate-Free & Vegan

I love this purple shampoo for my overly blond highlighted hair that I thought was beyond repair. I tried the Redken purple shampoo first and found it so drying but this leaves my hair much softer and there is no staining on hands or shower. It maintains the color as much less brassy and I use it when I wash my hair, which os only twice a week. I use it with K18 molecular hair mask and a Color Wow conditioner and my hair is in better condition than ever. Highly recommend.

Excellent shampoo for gray or salt-n-pepper gray hair color. I don't recommend use for every shampoo, only use a couple of times a month. Keeps hair from turning yellowish, but makes hair slightly blue if used too often.

Excellent product in price/quality ratio, after using it my hair got an unparalleled shine and softness!!! It's 100% worth the price you pay!!!

I bought this at the suggestion of my stylist. It works great. I generally put it on my head before I get in the shower. I let it sit for a few minutes, then I get in the shower, get my hair wet and leave it in until I am done showering. Then I wash it out and follow up with a purple conditioner. No scalp irritation, and it smells good. I havent noticed a difference in shine or thickness.

I like the other pureology products better. I did not notice any improvement in my hair look or feel. Also that bright purple color,, need to make sure you wash it all off hands, out of hair and out of shower.

Absolutely a step up from the previous purple shampoo I was using, that would only moderately tone and left my hair feeling dry. I'm seriously pleased with this. It's sulphate free, so it leaves my hair feeling exceptionally soft, almost like if I were bathing with a water softener installed in my house. There's no oily or greasy residue and I feel fine to keep styling my hair a day or two after washing. I have naturally dark blonde hair with a lot of natural red. I colour it lighter (medium blonde with lowlines) with an ashier tone, and I notice this has been doing great work in maintaining the tone and keeping my natural brassy colour at bay. I usually leave it on my hair about 5 minutes in the shower to really try to make it work. I also find I don't need to require too much to wash my long hair - a bit goes a considerable way. No staining on my tub, my facecloth, or even my microfibre shower curtain. It comes right off without issue for me, even if it was dried on. No staining on my hands or skin either, and I am very pale in winter! If I had any comment it's I'm not the biggest fan of the scent. My previous shampoo is inferior in other ways but smelled nicer. This is a bit strong in the shower and has sort of a chemical way of the smell, though it's not unbearable by any means - just not my favourite. It does mute a lot on your dried hair and the scent warms and relaxes considerably. But I am sold overall on this!
