I absolutely love Genexa Kids Pain and Fever Medicine! As a mom, I’m so relieved that it has zero artificial additives, is dye-free, and comes in an organic blueberry flavor that my kids actually enjoy. It’s super easy to dispense using either the medicine cup or a syringe, and it’s just as easy for kids to swallow. The smell is delicious, and the bottle size is perfect for multiple uses. Great value for your money, especially considering the clean ingredients. It’s highly effective at reducing fevers and helping my kids feel better quickly. While it’s comparable to Tylenol in its effectiveness and ingredients, the cleaner formula and similar price make it my top choice. I’ve now switched my entire medicine cabinet to Genexa brand medicine, and I feel so much better about what I’m giving to my little ones! Highly recommend!

Finding a clean, trustworthy medicine for my kids can be challenging, but Genexa Kids’ Clean Pain & Fever Acetaminophen has been a lifesaver! I love that it’s dye-free and free from artificial additives—it gives me peace of mind when my little ones aren’t feeling their best. The organic cherry flavor is a huge hit with my kids, so there’s no struggle to get them to take it. The liquid consistency makes it easy to measure and administer, and the dosage works quickly to relieve fevers and minor aches. I had seen the commercials for this product and was skeptical. I assumed it would be expensive and not as effective as brand name Tylenol, which we always got for my 4 year old daughter. But when it came time to purchase more during a cold, I saw it here on Amazon and was suprised to see the price was equal to brand name Tylenol. I was also impressed by the limited ingredients, and the Blueberry flavor was a nice touch. My daughter is very good with taking medicine, although she prefers Cherry flavor, she likes Blueberries so I thought it was worth a shot. My girl is very perceptive, and did immediately notice the color was slightly off that what she was used to. Tylenol is more white, Geneva is more Beige. I did tell her it was Blueberry flavor, so she wasnt suprised, as she is in a phase where she doesn't like new things. She initially refused it because of this, but I always tell her to try something before she can say "she doesn't like it." So after some reluctance," she did took a tiny sip. Then she tipped her head back and easily swallowed the entire dose! She smiled and said, "Mmmmm, it's yummy!" (For the record, those who may say it's dangerous for a toddler to like the taste of medicine, when she was 2 years old, we had friends staying with us whose child had an incredibly rare illness, and required 8 doses of 16 medications a day, so she watched her friend take medicine daily for the 8 months they live with us. She knew her friend was sick and learned it was only for when she feels sick, and watching her friend take it willingly showed her not to fight it. And of course we have them locked up.) Anyways, the Genexa provided pain relief within the same amount of time as brand name Tylenol, and lasted just as long. I would not say it lasted any longer, or neccessarily worked better, but the limited ingredients are a major plus. While we don't exactly do "natural" only, our family does prefer to use products with as few unnecessary chemicals, dyes or any other irritants when it comes to anyrhing regarding my daughter. Foods, soaps, anything. Genexa will be our go to pain relief from now on. I'm very glad I decided to try it and encourage others to do so. TLDR: JUST AS GOOD AS BRAND NAME, SAME PRICING, LIMITED INGREDIENTS. WE WILL BE SWITCHING, AND I RECOMMEND YOU DO TOO!

“A must-have for pain or fever — and a better choice than Tylenol.” I’ve been using Genexa since my son was five months old and needed pain relief after a procedure. Their clean formula and full product line won me over — and I’ve been stocked up ever since. I always keep this on deck for emergencies. It’s gentle, effective, dye-free, and way better than traditional meds like Tylenol or Motrin. Plus, the blueberry flavor is actually a win with kids. I’ll be reviewing more of their products because I love them that much.

I’ll start by saying that I am not a doctor or a veterinarian. I actually got this brand as an alternative to children’s Tylenol for my aging dog. My dog was an end of life and on some prescription medication, but was still having breakthrough pain at times my veterinarian recommended that we give him children’s dose of Tylenol, but my veterinarian also told us that it had to be flavorless because something in the flavoring or fake sugars was toxic to dogs. I went to three drug stores and could not find flavorless children’s dose of acetaminophen. I finally decided to look online and came across this brand. I did a little Internet research on the brand And found that it was made in the United States, mostly in California to be specific. I was impressed by the fact that it’s made clean with no unnecessary additives, dyes, etc. I ordered it immediately and started giving it to my dog the next day. I could tell that it worked with his breakthrough pain. I have not tried this on my kids just because I haven’t had a need yet, but I would recommend if you ever need acetaminophen for a pet. I found it to be well worth the cost and I think it’s a good value for the money, especially compared to other prescription medication’s we’ve given my dog. I found it as easy to use as any other liquid medication that uses a syringe.

Favorite medicine for my kids. Neither of my children have ever had issues taking this medication as it tastes great and isn’t full of unnecessary additives. It can be a bit sticky if it were to spill I feel it works just as well as name brand products!
