This is such a great alternative to other children’s pain and fever reducers. I love the clean ingredients and the fact that it’s dye free with no artificial additives—it really gives me peace of mind as a parent. Most importantly, it actually works. It effectively reduces fever and helps with pain just as well as traditional options. My child had no issue taking it, and the organic blueberry flavor is a nice bonus. I also appreciate that it’s pediatrician preferred and made with a more thoughtful formula. I absolutely love Genexa Kids Pain and Fever Medicine! As a mom, I’m so relieved that it has zero artificial additives, is dye-free, and comes in an organic blueberry flavor that my kids actually enjoy. It’s super easy to dispense using either the medicine cup or a syringe, and it’s just as easy for kids to swallow. The smell is delicious, and the bottle size is perfect for multiple uses. While it’s comparable to Tylenol in its effectiveness and ingredients, the cleaner formula and similar price make it my top choice. Favorite medicine for my kids. Neither of my children have ever had issues taking this medication as it tastes great and isn’t full of unnecessary additives. It can be a bit sticky if it were to spill I feel it works just as well as name brand products!

I like this brand a lot better than Tylenol. It has significantly cleaner ingredients. No artificial dyes or colors. Thank you genexa! Helps my little one when she has a fever / sick /teething etc. It's great! I wish they would make a version like Motrin. The every 4 hour dose isn't my favorite.

I’ll start by saying that I am not a doctor or a veterinarian. I actually got this brand as an alternative to children’s Tylenol for my aging dog. My dog was an end of life and on some prescription medication, but was still having breakthrough pain at times my veterinarian recommended that we give him children’s dose of Tylenol, but my veterinarian also told us that it had to be flavorless because something in the flavoring or fake sugars was toxic to dogs. I went to three drug stores and could not find flavorless children’s dose of acetaminophen. I finally decided to look online and came across this brand. I did a little Internet research on the brand And found that it was made in the United States, mostly in California to be specific. I was impressed by the fact that it’s made clean with no unnecessary additives, dyes, etc. I ordered it immediately and started giving it to my dog the next day. I could tell that it worked with his breakthrough pain. I have not tried this on my kids just because I haven’t had a need yet, but I would recommend if you ever need acetaminophen for a pet. I found it to be well worth the cost and I think it’s a good value for the money, especially compared to other prescription medication’s we’ve given my dog. I found it as easy to use as any other liquid medication that uses a syringe.

This product is great alternative to a lot of fillers and stuff. I use it myself and I’m an adult just to take the edge off of some pain only issue is it really sweet? I mean so sweet to take I think even kids it needs to be a little less sweet to tolerate. I just dilute it with some water. if they made an adult version of this would be great maybe with less sugar
