Purchased for trip to Maui. The taste is a little weird, but it did what I needed and protected my lips and my husbands. I like that I can wear on top of lipstick too.

I am mixed & Hispanic, type 3 in the Fitzpatrick scale. I also have sensitive combination skin that’s acne-prone. Right off the bat, no smell or taste and I really like the texture - it’s like a lip gloss but not sticky at all. It doesn’t absorb 100%, but after 15 min you’re technically good if it rubs off. Because it’s summer and I tan so easily, my lips start getting dark / pigmented and using lip sunscreen keeps my lips hydrated and pink! I don’t use this one everyday (I use a cheaper brand with SPF 15), but I use this one when I’m going tanning or if I’m going to be 30+ min in the sun. It’s pricey but good.

I wanted to love this but I just don’t. It feels nice on but doesn’t last and it tastes terrible.

I used the Supergoop lip sunscreen on a super sunny day and it actually worked—no burn, no peeling, just smooth, protected lips. It goes on like a regular balm, feels super lightweight, and doesn’t leave that weird sunscreen taste. I’m so glad I threw this in my bag. A must-have for beach days or just everyday sun protection!
