DEVA Vegan Multivitamin for Women & Men with Iron, Vitamin C, E, B Complex Vitamins, Zinc, 90 Tiny Tablets

I have Alpha-Gal Syndrome which a food allergy to all mammal and mammalian products and was beginning to worry about my vitamin B levels. I picked this multivitamin because I've used other DEVA supplements and like them. They are vegan which means they are alpha-gal friendly. They are tiny and easy to swallow. Before I got alpha gal I used only gummy vitamins because I had trouble swallowing the giant pills and often got sick and vomited if I took them. I have not had this problem and they seem to be helping my energy levels.

Great product! I have difficulty swallowing huge pills—this multivitamin is bigger than a baby aspirin but smaller than a regular aspirin and very easy to swallow. Happy I found it.

I have been using this product for quite awhile, they are very easy to use and convenient to use.

Let me start by saying, I have a very sensitive stomach, so I don’t tolerate all vitamins well. I am vegetarian and do not eat gelatin so it can be hard to find a vitamin that has the essentials without being in a capsule form (many use gelatin). The same goes for iron, I do not tolerate all iron well, and have struggled to find one that won’t upset my stomach. So far, these have been easy on my digestion and absorption. They’re super small which makes them easy to swallow. I will say, one reason I did not give it 5 stars is because, depending on your diet, magnesium and calcium can be crucial. If you look at the amount of daily % that these offer for both they are only 2% of your daily recommended amounts! As a vegetarian who does not use milk products, it’s important to get enough daily through whole foods or supplements. The same for magnesium which plays a big factor in hormones, body function, etc. That said, I have to take both of those separately in addition to these multivitamins. I also take Omegas as they do not include them. Overall, great for majority of vitamins but make sure you read the label and supplement for vitamins that are low or missing if you follow a restricted diet.

I do not know how effective it is yet as i’ve just received it. But it is easy for me to swallow compared to other multivitamin tablets. It does smell, but that’s fine to me. Taste like a regular multivitamin tablet too. I attached some pics so others know the size and thickness of it (in order from left to right: centrum women multivitamin, ibuprofen, this product and bayer’s aspirin). It’s quite similar in size to an ibuprofen tablet but slightly smaller and thicker

Great product

Small, easy to swallow. A little bitter tasting. Week 3, I like my energy levels. Not sure about skin health, quality is good for the price. I usually take multi-vitamins after I eat, but 1 hour before I go to sleep, as it gives your body more time to absorb.
