I have three knives from this company that I use daily as a professional chef, they're incredibly sharp, hold an edge well and just all round beautiful, would highly recommend.

It’s a lovely knife, the blade shape is practical and the Damascus steel is nicely veined with varying degrees of carbon and colour. The weighting makes it easy to use, there is good balance and it is not too heavy. It is still sharp after six months of daily use. It dices dense veg such as turnip easily. Would buy this knife again without a second thought.

What a knife! Looks beautiful and cuts like a dream. Put it through its paces with onions and garlic and the results were brilliant. Good size and weight. Love the handle design and colour!

Excellent knife. Food preparation is much easier and quicker and better results. Buying cheap is always a mistake, it is well worth paying extra for this kind of quality. I would like to see a 80 to 90 mm paring knife of the same quality.

Usage sur fruits et légumes. Coupe très bien. On sent au touché les rivets du manche, mais pas vraiment gênant.

En lisant les commentaires je me suis dit ok j'achète ce couteau, si je l'avais eu dans les mains avant je peux vous dire que je ne l'aurais pas acheté ! pour moi juste un bout de tôle enfoncé dans un bout de bois !!! Où sont les rivets ? par contre c'est sûr il coupe donc je ne recommande pas
