I stumbled upon this particular brand as the one I usually buy was out of stock. But it was a blessing in disguise as this one is really good quality. It smells so fresh and mixes well. I have it as part of a smoothie for general health. I've not used it for cooking but I'm sure it will make curries etc taste delicious. A definite yes from me.

Il fieno greco in polvere di Alpi Nature si presenta in una confezione da 250 g, abbondante, richiudibile e ben etichettata. All'apertura si percepisce subito un aroma forte e naturale, tipico dei semi freschi e ben lavorati. Punti di forza: Qualità: Macinatura fine e uniforme, senza impurità o grumi. Profumo intenso: Aromatico, leggermente amaro, come dev’essere un buon methi. Versatilità in cucina: Lo uso in curry, pane speziato, infusi e miscele ayurvediche. Si scioglie bene anche nello yogurt o in decotti. Uso funzionale: Ottimo anche come supporto digestivo e regolatore naturale (meglio se si conoscono già le sue proprietà fitoterapiche).
