There is a certain quality to Italian made bags, they take a great deal of pride in their craftsmanship and it shows, this bag is really beautiful, it's well made, stitching is gorgeous, leather is great quality. It sits on your back really well.The only issue is the sharp edges on the shoulder straps, they are very rough, and the straps are long for a man and as a 5'6" woman I would like to be able to make them a little shorter and you can't.Overall despite the high price this is a really lovely item I am very please with it and I think it will last a long long time.

Nice heavy-duty leather backpack. With heavy being the operative word. It should last forever. Opted for a lighter weight leather purse. The backpack was too big for what I needed it for.

This backpack is butifully made of good leather. My only complaint is about shoulder straps. They are not comfortable at all.Rough edges of straps can destroy your expensive clothes. Smooth grained leather has been used on only one side of the straps. If same smooth leather were also used on the other side of the strap and sewed from inside, it would be very comfortabe.
