The syrup will keep for several years unopened, as long as it is stored away from sunlight and temperatures above 80 degree F. Ingredients: water, high fructose corn sweetener, citric acid, gum arabic and/or modified food starch, caramel color, red #40, artificial flavor, sodium benzoate (preservative).
