Therabands are the most resilient - 1 went thru the washing machine in pants pocket and it's still pefectly working! Have been using for decades and majority of pro private gyms along with phys therapy centers provide their clients with access to them... Do not at all the very negative comments made re. smells, etc... there's no smell to them at all Theraband is made in good ole USA and that's why such a great quality product.

I was introduced to Theraband PT bands during physical therapy. I have tried other brands, but Theraband are the best in my opinion. - PT bands are versatile and effective tools to use for physical therapy. - Theraband are the best quality and the most durable out of the brands I have tried. - Resistance is as described - Worth the money!

The only thing is that I wish they were a bit longer but I really like these resistance bands! They feel durable and are perfect for daily exercises or stretching.

I wanted to get the same bands that I use for my PT exercises with a trainer. This is a great set. It's so nice for me to have the lighter bands (yellow, red, green) for my upper body and the stronger bands (blue and black) for lower body. My husband was also thankful I bought these so he can use them for his home workouts. I know from using them that they are very durable and easy to use for a variety of exercises. I just wish that this set had come with a carrying case so I could easily keep them together.

I was doing retraction and depression exercises with the band at the shoulder and waist level and the band snapped into two pieces within the first week of usage. I'm now using the snapped pair individually and still performing some stretches, but I can't do any shoulder raises or exercises which require further length. I don't know if it was because this is the lowest difficulty band or because of the seller, but the band should not be breaking this quickly for exercises that it's designed for. I will be ordering another higher resistance band from another provider to be safe.
