Works well!
This is the 3rd one in our family. Nice color and feel. I use it daily to straighten my hair and it glides through my hair smoothly. My girls like to use theirs to curly their hair also. I like the cover to put it away hot with out worrying. I got it on sale and feel it was a great value! Worth every penny!

Best straightener I've used in 20 years
I've used many name brand straighteners over the last 20 years or so.. and I will say this has been my favorite one i've ever purchased. My hair is course, thick, and I live in South Texas where its HUMID!!! Loved it so much when i accidentally broke it I had to buy the same one. I love the multi temperature options, the rounded silicone edge just in case you want to curl your hair. Doesn't pull your hair like some do. Literally glides so smoothly. 10/10

Staple Item
You can tell I love the Kristin Ess 3-in-One Flat Iron because it's been my go-to for years. Every time one breaks down, I just replace it with a new one and I even got one for my family members. It's the perfect size for my fine hair, and the fact that it can both straighten and curl my hair is awesome. The ceramic plates really make a difference, helping to smooth out my hair without causing a lot of damage, which is what I was looking for.

Amazing quality
This is by far the best straighteners I have ever had, it curls your hair so well and I’m talking about professional quality salonish hair. It is so great for the price and you can immediately tell that this will last few years with great care. I don’t have a lot of hair and it’s very thin, but this straightener made it look so fluffy and so full I was honestly speechless. I’m talking I did one swipe with my hair and it was almost fully straightened. I’m so happy with this product!!!

Great flat iron
I really like this flat iron! First off, the plates line up perfectly when it folds, so it doesn’t pull or snag my hair. It leaves my hair super smooth and shiny. The only downside is the sleeve, it’s a bit tight, so you have to be careful when sliding the iron in while it’s still hot.

Stopped working
I really enjoyed this straightener but leaving a one star because I haven’t even had this a year and it won’t turn on anymore.
