Henckles are very nice knives

This is exactly what I was looking for to replace my Global 8-inch kitchen knife. The handle is well constructed and sturdy, easy enough to clean, and the edge is razor sharp. It holds up to a steel well and keeps its edge for a good long time and plenty of use before it needs sharpening. I wouldn't ever put my chefs knife in the dishwasher so I cant speak to its durability in that respect, but if you keep it clean and wipe it down after each use, this knife should last for a good long time.

Bought these for my wife’s Christmas present and she loves them. Very sharp, holds edge well. Nice weight feel, cuts nice and clean. We only hand wash them so can’t say how they hold up to dishwashing.

These knives have a great weight and feel right in your hand. I always hand wash mine and they have not aged a minute. I use them very frequently but you cannot tell

These are very good knives. They are sharp but if use knives a lot they do need touch up occasionally the keep edge. They are easy to handle and the three piece set was good value. I would recommend hand washing to prevent dulling.
