Originally named Susie's Good Fats, I used to eat these after every workout 6 years ago. However the texture was very sticky like peanut butter. After not eating these in so long, I was surprised to find out Susie is no longer in the name, but the improvements are there! Texture is light, dry and wafer like. Much easier to eat! Taste is very good, no ingredient is overwhelming, or underwhelming. Amazing!

Yum! These are my afternoon snack (instead of falling to other cravings). It fills my chocolate craving while giving me protein (for energy and full feeling) and meets my keto diet requirements! So the truth is it is about $2 a day for my snack, but it keeps my waistline in check and for $2 a day I WILL TAKE IT, while feeling guilt free eating chocolate daily=PRICELESS! Is it as tasty as a Snickers? Nope, but that comes with guilt and pants not fitting and gets me on a sugar roll ceaving more. Is it better than the other keto bars out there YES! Is it actually tasting good, yup pleasant to my taste buds. If you crave a chocolate candy bar every afternoon give these a shot! I even bring some for my coworkers keto dieting with me sometimes and they love them too!

I hate leaving a bad review, but I’ve tried, really tried to work it out with this company. I started ordering these bars on Amazon because my local grocery store doesn’t stock them anymore. They taste good if you can tolerate dry peanut butter, and I’ve used them as my night time snack during my recent weight loss journey. Love that they have a substantial amount of protein for a tasty snack. The “not” chocolate chocolate coating is tasty as well. However, my first 2 box order arrived totally melted. I put them in the fridge and they firmed up but we’re a total crumbly mess to open and the not chocolate coating was falling everywhere, and melts very fast... so much mess every time I ate a bar. I contacted the seller about the issue. They requested a photo, which I sent, and the they said they would send an extra ice pack next time. At this time they started charging for shipping $4.99, so I expected my 2nd 2 box order to arrive not melted and smashed. One box was good, the other about half were melted. I live in the South, so I understand to some degree it’s not easy to get things down here that melt easily, while keeping the integrity of the product. I just received my 3rd order of 2 boxes and am thinking about trashing them. Every single bar is melted and flat. The ONE ice pack in the box was warm to the touch. I’ve read other reviews about customer service not issuing refunds, so I’m done. I will gladly find something else similar, and probably cheaper. Makes me sad, but it’s time to move on.

I am a gluten free dairy free person who enjoys sweet treats that taste great but don't put me in a food coma. I have tried just about every energy bar on the market that meets my needs. We discovered these at Fresh Thyme originally and bought a few different flavors. OMG they are the bomb. Both flavors have the right amount of flavor of coconut and chocolate and it feels like an indulgence to eat but I don't pass out after. It is hard to resist the urge to have another, but they are filling enough to enjoy just one and feel satisfied because of the protein and quality ingredients. I will be buying many more of these bars. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The addition of the nut bars to the products offered by Love Good Fats is a welcome departure from their standard meal bars. I do still generally prefer the meal bars, but it's nice to have a snack option with a different texture. While I generally prefer to freeze the meal bars, I found that freezing these makes them a bit too tough to bite through. I keep them in the fridge, which seems to be fine. They can still be a little tough, but the flavor is great. It's not going to taste like a candy bar, but these are for Keto and other low carb diets. They are less sweet, though for anyone who's been on Keto for a while, it will probably taste almost too sweet at first. These are a great supplement for low carb dieters who want something sweet with some crunch to them. I knocked a star off of the value for money section because most of the LGF bars can be found in my local grocery store at a cheaper price. However, they have yet to add the nut bars, so going directly to the company web site or via Amazon are the only ways I can get the nut bars at this time.

I love Good Fats keto bars! My favorite is Dark chocolatey sea salt & Almond! I love them so much that I bought 4 boxes! I like the fact that they have 9 grams of protein and NO sugar alcohol like many bars do. It has only 1 gram of sugar. They are soooo delicious! I can't understand the negative reviews on here. I was thinking that maybe the people ordered them when it was really hot outside and they melted. That's why I am stocking up in the winter!

These are the best keto bars EVER. I ordered the peanut butter. The creamy peanut flavor is amazing. I like that they are not super sweet or too chocolatey. Texture is almost melt in your mouth and very satisfying. Packaging was amazing too. A must buy again. AND I Did but this time packaging was terrible and I. Ant return. Boxes damaged & product is stuck in packaging making it difficult to eat. These aren’t cheap. Very disappointed with this shipment.

The first one I ate for breakfast. I did like biting into a soft bar instead of a hard bar. The taste was super yummy. It is not sweet at all but being on a keto diet you get used to that. (No sugar). It did not keep me satiated for very long so I did make another breakfast. The second bar I cut in half and had it as a treat. I will be making another bigger order soon. These will be my go to snacks when I feel I need a little something! Good job Good Eats! Congratulations on your success! All of our hard work is paying off!

Amazing! The texture is kind of weird at first but I got used to it very quickly. It’s kind of powdery in a way. But the taste of the bars are so unbelievably good. I’m really picky when it comes to the flavor of “healthy bars” but this one is definitely WAY better than any bar I’ve ever had. I will be buying LOTS more of these!

Love love love “Love Good Fats”. My go to for low sugar, high protein snacks to get me through the day.
