So I first off liked the fact of the extra room while wearing a thermal type pants as things are smashed down. The pouch is roomy but still supportive. I ordered a size up (med 32”) from the small I normally wear (am 30”) expecting some shrinkage from washing, but we rarely dry elastic waist banded items. The material is soft and comfy and if needed I will update review if things change too quickly. Meaning excessive shrinkage or frail material from a delicate washing machine. Reviews are funny and I enjoy the humor some folks have. I am a 5’10” male that weights 132#. A slim physical build. As I said I ordered a size up and will adjust any future orders as I do regularly wear thermals as I run cold. I didn't have tight ankle issues on sizing, I don’t find the pouch too large or too short which is nice. The seam in the front pouch (upper) has not caused irritation yet, but if it does I will update review. To me I They are worth the try, and I would recommend them. If these hold up, and I don’t see why they wouldn't, I will buy again.

The thermal underwear initially fit perfectly and felt comfortable. However, after washing them, I noticed the elastic in the waistband began to lose its elasticity. While they still provided some grip for the first couple of wears, after three washes, the elastic significantly deteriorated, causing them to slide down completely. Interestingly, other pairs of thermal underwear I purchased around the same time have not experienced this issue after the same number of washes.

Another extremely misleading product and description. There are no thermal qualities whatsoever and the fit is weird and silly. I would never recomment this.

I don't really ever write reviews here but I must say a few words about this product. It is so comfortable and amazing, especially at this price. For years I've wanted some decent underwear that actually takes into account a guy's anatomy and also his experience. Many manufacturers with fancy designer labels offer pouch style underwear that is accommodating of the package. However, there is the issue of the discomfort caused by having your stick and balls mashed together in there under your clothes sweating away all day. These totally solve that by wrapping each part separately, as it were. Voila! Fabulous and at an amazing price and in natural fibers. Holy crap...I'd like to have about ten pair in every color! I sure hope they make white soon. These are not really supposed to be erotic or like fetish wear, I don't think. I mean anything can by kinda sexy, but this is seriously about comfort!! Btw... they other similar product is made of modal (super soft and comfy and mostly natural fiber) but the crotch arrangement on those is strange and not very functional. Be sure you order this version and not the one that has a kind of nut sling/hood arrangement.

I call these my shlong johns. I wish the Johnson part was more stretchy though.

I got them more as a novelty item, and to see how they felt, having a little "extra" room for my package. Once I tried them on, and adjusted the equipment, they felt nice and I like them. My complaint is that I have long legs and I think these are made for someone with shorter legs. I went by the waist size chart as I have a 32-34" waist, so I got a medium. A large, I do not think would have added that much more length and may have made it too large around the waist and my butt. I returned them, but still like the idea.

Little small in sizing but stretchy so it was not really a problem.

Fits like a glove. I’d probably size up the next time. I’m a medium in most things. I think I’d order a large the next time

This product is exactly as advertised for fit, comfort, warmth, revealing, cooling around genitals and I'm extremely satisfied. Many buyers comments I have read who have purchased pouched underware seem to have issues with accessing pouches and retaining genitals within pouches and this confused me as I have absolutely no difficulty, the main pouch for the penis allows for erections or normal relaxed size easily. I will most definitely be purchasing more of these. Ten out of ten for the designers. I didn't include a photo as this would be too revealing.
