This 1/2 body cover looks GREAT!! Was pleasantly surprised at the thickness of the baseplate of the case. Really nice! Was hoping the side walls would be a bit stiffer, but will see how the battery door handle part of it wears. All in all, very impressed with the build quality of this case. Looks great on my black/chrome 1982 AE-1! Still trying to determine if I will put one on my all black A-1.

I ordered this as there was nothing similar on ebay or anywhere else! And to my suprise i found this leather case thingy for my Canon A-1! I was given a delivery date of like a month from order date but it arrived in like 7 business days and it was an international order. The quality is awesome it fits like a glove and it smells nice. The tripod mount on the underside is beefy and looks durable, it feels nice in the hands, my a1 came with the battery grip but i still think it was not enough of a grip, with this case it feels great, makes it a bit bigger. Would buy again, maybe ill buy other colors.
