Bought this nice belt pouch to carry my 5" Benchmade 9051, and for this knife the pouch works very well. My Spyderco Military won't fit though as it is too long for the closures to work at 5 3/4". The belt loop is generous at over 3" and I like the snap. The horizontal loops are quite narrow at 1 1/4" max. The stitching looks good but I think I'm going to reinforce it at the belt loop attachment and the bottom anchor for the buckle strap as there is only 1 row of stitching on these spots, just to make sure... Very happy with this purchase especially at this price point. Thanks! Update: If the long snap strap is tucked under the lower cross strap it makes a nice shorter 2 1/4" belt loop for vertical carry, and doing this also makes the snap fastener much more secure.

Nice sheath that has a dual closure with both a velcro and clip. Most nylon sheaths come with just one or the other. Well made. Very much worth the price.

Be careful with this! The headline of this sheath claims that it fits a 5 - 6 inch folding knife. My Benchmade Crooked River knife measures exactly 5 3/8 inch closed and it does not even come close to fitting into this sheath! Even with the clasp adjustment as long as it adjusts it won’t fit. The top overlap of the sheath has velcro that is supposed to catch the lower velcro and it won’t reach that velcro when you try to close the sheath. I was being so careful to find the right size sheath because I knew I had a large folding knife. This false advertisement makes me angry and so now I have to send it back and start a new search. UPDATE: when I tried to return this the seller states I have to pay for shipping via USPS AND A 20% RESTOCKING FEE! This will cost as much as the sheath cost to begin with! Buyer beware!
