I specifically picked up these India Tree sugar cubes for making Old Fashioneds, and they’ve been absolutely perfect. The cubes are uniform in size, dissolve smoothly, and add just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the drink. These sugar cubes are delicious. They're quite solid but I put one in the bottom of my cup as the Keurig brews and it dissolves easily by the time the cup is full. This is really delicately sweet brown sugar, with a soft molasses flavor that is not even the slightest bit bitter. It's almost buttery. I can't say what a delight it's been to enjoy one of these with my morning coffee lately. Definitely something special.

I bought these for a homemade old fashioned recipe and let me tell you they are perfect. It is not easy to find brown sugar cubes but after looking high and low I found these. Highly recommend. Very easy to use so try it.

This is the best tasting brown sugar cubes I've ever used! Pure, and much better than the bleached sugar cubes. The quality is superior to me. Good deal!! 3 bags of these are well worth the money. Lasts a long time & stays fresh!! This is my second time ordering them.

So these cubes aren't even roughly the same size. If you want two cubes of sugar in your coffee you may have to use three of these. The size varies a lot. The sugar itself is actually really decent and the container is convenient. Seems to dissolve fairly easily. Price seemed fair.

I honestly bought this because of the container. It just LOOKS expensive and luxurious! I had hopped for $18, it would have been glass. Imagine my disappointment when I realized it was just cheap, thin plastic lol. The sugar itself is “just okay”. I found that this sugar was extremely difficult to dissolve even in near boiling temps. I’m not sure exactly what that means, but I would assume it means that the sugar is not fresh. I was also not too pleased with the fact they claim these to be “cubes” when they are clearly just compacted lumps. Cubes would be perfectly square, and these are far from it! Overall, I’m not thrilled with my purchase, and I doubt I’ll buy this ever again. It was just way too pricy considering that the container is plastic, which I cannot stress enough…if you’re going to charge $18 for a container of sugar, put it in a glass jar!!! It also wasn’t worth the price thanks to its difficulty dissolving in high temps and wasn’t close to being squared. Don’t waste your money!
