Review after 4 months. Good product with all 3 burner working well. Had an issue with one burner but they fixed it within 2 days with fast service and even called and checked if I am satisfied with the service. I would gladly recommend vidiem gas stove to people

Update after 2 years of use: still working fine, but the ticking sound has started irritating me at times. It's kind of persistent. After returning sunflame spectra and elica Inox, I finally settled for this one. I was never a fan of glasstop stoves and I believe stove should be tough and sturdy. Pros: Unique steel with glass finish look Perfect size for urban kitchen, leaves ample space in the front on countertop and at the same time provides enough space between burners. Simple straight gas pipes at the back, no useless twists and turns Conventional yet stylish I am not a fan of gas inlet at the back of stove as there are stove doesn't touch the kitchen wall. This stove gives me gas inlet on sides. That small note on left side is helpful stating ticking noise is normal. But it's very irritating. I was first attracted to its unique look and seeing good reviews stating about it's sturdiness, I went for it and they did not disappoint me. I was a little worried about the delivery coming from Chennai to Delhi that package may get damaged while covering this long distance. But thankfully I got it in good shape. For some reason, I am becoming a fan of products from south India. I see quality and features suitable for Indian cooking in their products.

No worries of glass panel getting broke. works well. Use only soft cloth to clean the steel surface to avoid scratches.

The brand is not well-known, but the overall product quality appears to be satisfactory. The frame will be tested over time to see how well it can support the weight. It is not PNG compatible and must be modified. Pros: In the segment, it is relatively inexpensive. The design is good, and there is less moulding on the top, which makes cleaning easier. There is enough space between the burners to accommodate 3 utensils simultaneously with 12" diameter cooker, handi, or vessel. The knobs are of good quality. There is no need to worry about a cracked glass top with a stainless steel top. It looks nice in the kitchen. Burner made of brass. Cons: It has manual ignition. Must be adjusted to be compatible with a piped gas line. The conversion cost 400/- RS. Because of the PNG conversion, the flame in one burner is sometimes uneven.

Sturdy steel body ,easy knobs .Quality wise good

My product is under warranty and its now down firing ! Registered complaint and got number and a message that they will contact and visit. But nobody contacted or attended the complaint till now. Pls dont buy from Amazon, coz if you purchase from local shop then you can approach them they will help, but here Vidiem not solving issue even you register complaint. Several days past, today I called customer care then they promised that technician will visit by evening but they didn't. After this experience I am writing this review to help my fellow customers who wish to buy from Amazon and Vidiem.
