This is my 2nd time ordering the Chiles, With the right recipe it is another level of tasted and flavor. Highly recommended it

FLAVOR: For some context, my family aren’t very big on trying new things from different countries or cultures. But, I bought these chiles to make Birria tacos and they came out absolutely amazing. The subtle hint of smokiness when they are sautéed for a minute or two makes a huge difference in the amount of zing and spiciness you get when adding them into dishes. My mom absolutely loved the amount of spice giving in these chiles. She said “I would definitely eat another dish with these in them when given the chance” so I’d say on the flavor spectrum they did what they were supposed to do. VALUE OF MONEY: To be honest for the amount I paid for these I got more then I was expecting. I got around 15-18 chiles in the bag so I’d definitely say it’s worth it. Especially since when I cook with these 1-3 chiles go a long way. So, in conclusion yes it’s definitely worth buying these. FRESHNESS: You can’t expect much from foods that come dried or dehydrated. But, these still had all the flavor and notes that they would have if they were to be freshly picked. Plus, I believe there are many advantages to having dried chiles and peppers laying around at home. In my opinion, very fresh and delightful in taste.(and scent)

Great product. The chile is so soft and pliable. Beautiful color. They small fresh and worked beautifully. I cooked them with chile arbol so I can’t speak on the heat of the guajillo alone. Will definitely purchase again.
