We had been creating our own concoction before purchasing this for Mediterranean chicken. WOW! It tastes and smells great! It's a HUGE bottle, so you're definitely getting a great value for the money.

Good Price - But Much Oregano
The flavor is ok. But in comparison to some brands imported from the Middle East it seems that this blend has a heavy ratio of Oregano, maybe excessive. It's fine but it seems to be missing that original Middle Eastern flavor

The spice missing is Sumac! Otherwise, this is great for all types of food not just Mediterranean.
