Did not know they still made this soap. Grew up with this as it actually gets your hands clean and a bar lasts 3 times as long as any other brand!

Lava soap is so good. Cleans dirt and grime like nobody's business. Hope they never stop making this stuff.

I've used LAVA Soup for the past 30 years. As a weekend mechanic, getting dirty is part of the being a good mechanic. With the dirt and grease, a simple hand soup won't cut it. You need soup with some grit to it to remove the hard oil and dirt from your hands. Only LAVA can do that for my needs.

Why do stores not carry Lava soap anymore? We do home repairs, mechanic work, butchering livestock, deer hunting, fencing, animal care, artwork, crafts, leather cleaning...all kinds of cleaning...etc. and so on. I cannot live without Lava soap. I don't always need the liquid/paste soaps that don't last as long. Lava works great and I'm not stuck trying to house a greasy dirty bottle, or come in and pick up the bottle to find it empty and me stuck trying to get muck off my hands. Just gimme a bar of old fashioned Lava.
