Beautiful and works great. Replaced our old one that wasn’t pumping right anymore and I’ve been very happy. Also pleasantly surprised that the under mount bottle that holds the soap is a little larger than the old one which is nice. We’ve had the matching faucet for several years and love it, the color of the new pump was slightly lighter compaired to our faucet but I can tell it’s just age on our faucet and not an error in color. Overall very pleased

Very good quality. Had to replace my Hansgrohe after having too many issues. Yes, this one does spin around freely which some reviewers disliked, but I don't find it to be an issue. It is of good quality and does what it is supposed to do.

Matches the finish of other champagne Delta fittings, which is pretty close to the Hudson Lighting sconces I hung from the beam over the island.

Great finish, easy install, looks great with my other new delta Matte black faucet. I really like the volume of soap that this pump puts out - much more soap and less pumping than my old one.

Plastic piece already broke inside and it now leans one direction and the pump action isn't working as well because air is being introduced into the straw. This is a low quality product and I expect more for the price and the brand

So, it's not that the nozzle spins (and is a bit short) but that it WOBBLES terribly on top of the post AS you spin and press it. Really seems top-heavy and "tippy." Just to be clear (because the listing is not): it DOES include the soap pump and bottle. My package did NOT include the promised soap funnel though. And the below-counter threads are just a plastic pipe and not the metal like you find on some other (cheaper, in fact) units. That said, the tool-less install with the big "finger nut" was easy, but we'll have to see if stays tight to the countertop over time. So, in summary, it looks nice enough, but it's way overpriced for the quality of the experience, and, in doing my research, I believe this unit has been likely discontinued as well (at the very least, in comments on the Delta website they state the bottle and plastic washer are no longer available as separate part numbers). Since I got into this whole rigamarole because the soap pump in our old dispenser died and I couldn't find a replacement, one of the reasons I went with Delta was the readily available replacement parts so it was disappointing to discover parts are going to be harder to find than I thought they'd be.

Very well put together. Matches my new Delta faucet. No need to reach under the sink or on the counter for an ugly handsoap bottle. Easy to install as it replaced a Delta soap dispenser matching my former Delta faucet that gave up after 15 years.

Product was quick & easy to install. Purchased with matching faucet.

Not as firm as expected. Seems flimsy as the top easily comes off. I am only keeping it because I have the Trinsic line throughout my kitchen. (*I also purchased the Moen soap dispenser in chrome for another area and it is solid! It is only $40).

Dispenser is a little flimsy. Too bad for such an expensive dispenser and all to match what is normally an amazing brand of faucet
