It’s a light bulb..
I screwed it in and flipped the switch and it turned on. Seems to be a nice ambient lighting assistant for my cacti room.

My sister recommended this for my house plants, we haven’t gotten much sun this year in Indiana. I have a house plant with large leaves that was facing the window. Received Dirty Used Bulb
All three bulbs I ordered were covered in dirt and scuffs and were clearly used. Boxes were damaged from being previously opened. I hope this does not impact their lifespan
