Pancakes!
I make buckwheat pancakes and eat with greek yoghurt and fresh or frozen berries. Delicious made with soya milk, they are a little like Derbyshire oat cakes made this way. Fab breakfast with yoghurt fruit and maple syrup.

It's gluten free and versatile to use.
Buckwheat Gluten free flour: Very good gluten free flour and the delivery was very speedy indeed. I now prefer to use this as my new go to gluten free flour even though it's a bit pricey, but there again, what isn't pricey these days, but you can't beat quality!

Very Tasty
This gluten-free buckwheat flour works very well in my bread making. It produces a well flavoured and textured gluten-free loaf when mixed with millet and arrowroot flours. I will try buckwheat pancakes next.

Good quality
I had the flour for a while and I have finally found a recipe for buckwheat bread that is easy enough for me - I don't like cooking- , and I have tried and the result is really good so, yes, I can recommend this buckwheat flour and I will keep buying it in the future so I can bake a bread that is tasty and easy to digest.
