I have been drinking 2 bags of this tea on the morning daily for a month, I didn't think it would work... because let's face it, things on the internet are always a little hard to believe... I was wrong. I am 6ft 3in, 260lbs, and go out to eat at restaurants 7 nights a week... needless to say I have a high sodium intake. My BP went from 154/92 to 126/78 in a month!! With minimal change to diet and NO exercise. I would recommend this tea to anyone looking to lower their Blood pressure. Downside... the taste is pretty poor. But it allows me to continue my lifestyle with no major changes.

This is a great tasting tea. I use two or three bags in hot water. It is good as cold or hot tea. The only issue I had with the product was tearing the interior tea bag while trying to open the individual package. I had to tap the bottom of the individual tea package to settle the tea bag to the bottom of the package so I would not tear it open before using it. otherwise it is a great tasting tea.

I've been drinking for 3 weeks. Its just okay in helping lower bp, I'm going to continue and I'll update after a month. Drink it at the time daily for best results. The taste is mild.

I love drinking my high blood pressure to you along with my high blood pressure medication. So I take my high blood pressure medication and the day talking and drink my tea at night.
