Having received one of these as a Christmas present I was so impressed I bought another two for our other cars. There is nothing I can add to the praise of the quality and sturdiness but one word of warning is that when fitting, choose your spot carefully as once it's on, it's on! The glue is extremely efficient and sets almost instantly meaning that once in place you cannot remove the base without resorting to heating the area and running dental floss or a blade of some sort under the rubber to break the seal. I will probably have to sell the mount with the car as it's too much trouble to contemplate removing it.

Bought this product as I wanted to use a vent based non magnetic mount. Really like the metal clip hook and the solid construction of this unit. With a push button, it is easy to install and remove your phone. I have an older iPhone XS max which is way bigger and heavier than newer phones and this one was able to securely hold it in place. Like all other VENMASS products, build quality is exceptional. Only issue I encountered was the distance between the two vent slots was a little tight for me. However once inside (hook part), all was quite straight forward. This was an issue with BMZ Z4 but it was ok when installing on a different brand of vehicle

UPDATE: I previously gave this product a 4 star but am upgrading to 5 stars because of their customer service. They got in touch with me and gave me the solution to the locked arm problem and were prepared to replace the product if it didn't worked. Fortunately it did work and I'm very pleased with the result and the product. I would recommend this product. I like to have a product awhile before I do a review. So it's been almost a year since I purchased this product and it worked well until a month or so ago when it partially broke. I would have given it a 5 star except for this fact. I gave it a 4 star because overall it was better than other holders I've tried. The left side that expands and then closes around the phone when it's in the holder will no longer open. It's locked in the closed position. With juggling I can maneuver the phone into the holder but it is a pain to do so. I liked how it came with the two options of clamping on the air vent and being able to suction onto the windshield. The latter is not one I have used preferring instead the vent method. It does fasten securely to the vent and holds the phone well. It stays in place and is adjustable for viewing. For these reasons I give this product a 4 star but wished I could have given it a 5 star. It seemed solid until for whatever reason the left side stopped working. I do recommend it in all aspects except longevity. This is disappointing especially with the way the economy is and the real possibility that I'll have to buy another holder far sooner than I would have liked/afford to do so.
