I'm 6ft 3, 14 st to give you an idea of my body shape. XL fits me perfect, yes they are tight but so they should be, as long as they are comfortable and these really are. The padding is breath of fresh air, soft, but nice and thick and covers the right parts. I went for the blue colour simply to fit with my bike and shoes however all the colours look good. I like the little rear pocket which you can fill with goodies or gels. There is also a side pocket however I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my phone in there as per the picture, but that's just my preference. The quality of the material seems to be very good. I'm training for IRONMAN 2026 so needed a pair to use for training and although only use these on one ride so far, it was a 2hr ride on a turbo trainer with no chafing cream and the ride was totally comfortable. I would highly recommend these, at a reasonable low cost price too.

I had a serious back injury as a teenager, It affected my leg, and now in my later years it can be painful sitting for a long period. These pants support my lower back and upper leg. Definitely more comfortable.

These are well made and fit well, I ordered the the large as I had read other reviews about sizing being small, I would normally buy a medium.

Go a size up is my suggestion. They are a little snug in the sensitive areas, however the padding is good and material is strong and has stood the test of time and distance

They say when you order to 'order the true size' i ordered medium having a 34" waist then ordered a large but ended up having to buy XL. Comfy shorts but i would go larger than advertised.
