Day 12 of taking 2 tablets with my main meal and already a noticeable difference in joint pain,mobility and stiffness can’t think of anything else other than theses tablets that are making a difference. Here’s hoping they continue to have the desired effect.

Only just got these with a bottle of marine collagen, so can’t comment on the effectiveness .A minor gripe is they both look virtually the same, so if you’re going to put these into a pill organiser/box make sure you’re taking the right ones at the right time.

I give it five stars as it is well packaged and the pills are easy to swallow!! Wether it's actually doing something for the cartlidge and tendons as that is the reason I bought it in the first place, I am not sure!I can't really say if it has had a positive effect or any effect for that matter I can't really say!!But as they say different strokes for different folks! It has done no harm.I will keep taking it till the jar is finished! I take 2 a day.
